Thank you for shopping with Desire Demise! Because every piece is handmade to order, please read the following shipping information carefully.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and ship within 3–6 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping day for sending out packages is Tuesday before 12pm Arizona Time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at shopdesiredemise@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to make it right.
